Securing your stay
To guarantee your pet's stay, a £10.00 deposit is payable upon booking (via BACS payment) with the full final remaining amount due on pet drop-off (minus the booking deposit). The booking deposit is non-refundable if you fail to drop-off your pet at the start of the agreed stay duration without at least providing 24 hours notice of cancellation. For one-night stays, full payment is required upon booking. We only accept cash or BACS payments. Please see our full Terms & Conditions before booking.
Myxomatosis &
Haemorrhagic Viral Disease
All rabbits must have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Haemorrhagic Viral Disease (RHD1) (RHD2) at least seven days before coming to stay. This is important for the health of our own animals and that of the other guests. Please provide proof of vaccination from your veterinary clinic upon booking.
Understandably, we take this extremely seriously and reserve the right to decline boarding to any rabbit without proof of vaccination.
